Join us for a special day of worship, celebration, service, and community as we send Pastor Megan off on her sabbatical.
A sabbatical is an ancient practice rooted in the biblical tradition of Sabbath—a time set aside for rest, renewal, learning, and spiritual growth. The United Church of Christ encourages pastors to take a sabbatical about every three years so they can return refreshed and renewed for ministry. Before Megan begins her 13-week learning journey, we'd love for you to help us celebrate her faithful leadership and send her off with our love, prayers, and blessings.
After worship, stay for a community BBQ lunch! Bring a side dish, dessert, or drinks to share as we enjoy good food and great company. Sustainable water games and Indoor carnival games by the Pilgrim Youth!
You can also make a life-saving difference by participating in our community blood drive happening during the event. It's a wonderful opportunity to celebrate by giving a gift that truly saves lives.
Whether you're a longtime member, a neighbor, or visiting for the first time, everyone is welcome!
