“Meditation is offering your genuine presence to yourself in every moment.” – Thich Nhat Hanh
Questions for your being:
Are you longing to be in nature and connect with the natural world around you?
Would you like to press the ‘pause’ button from this stimulating world and get grounded and centered?
Are you seeking ways to come into the body and explore and awaken through the senses?
Does the idea of learning self-regulation skills for your nervous system spark your interest?

If you answered ‘yes’ or feel a curious echo toward ‘maybe’, this could be a great opportunity to invite meditative practices into your life that support ‘returning to center’. A great place to start is where you are at right ‘now’. Experiencing peace and liberation from suffering begins from within. It’s an ‘inside job’ that awakens through cultivating wholesome states through the areas of interest, energy, and balance.

Some foundational qualities of our practice:
Root and reset
Calming and stillness
Mindfulness and presence
Nature based healing
Movement and flow
Community connection
