Return to Calm Weekend Retreat
About this Event
Step away from the noise and into a deeply restorative weekend designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
This intimate 3-day immersion is created for when you’re feeling overstimulated, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply in need of space to breathe again. Through gentle guided practices, nature immersion, rest, movement, stillness, and supportive community, you’ll begin creating the conditions for your body and mind to soften—allowing tension, emotion, and mental noise to gradually release.
Set on 111 acres of forest, riverfront, lavender fields, and open sky, this retreat offers space to move at a slower pace, reconnect with yourself, and support your nervous system in settling more deeply away from the constant demands of everyday life. Group size is intentionally kept small to create a more personal, grounded, and supportive experience.
