Step away from the noise and into a deeply restorative weekend designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
About this Event

Step away from the noise and into a deeply restorative weekend designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Set on a serene lavender farm at peak bloom, this intimate retreat blends mindfulness, gentle somatic movement, breathwork, and nature immersion, creating the space for your body to settle deeply enough that tension, emotion, and mental noise can begin to release.

With a spacious, unhurried flow, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, and simply be—supported by nourishing meals and a small, supportive group environment.

Leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself in a way that lasts beyond the weekend.

Restore + Recharge: Mindfulness Immersion Days

A return to steady ground.

Set on 111 acres of private forest and lavender fields, these immersive day retreats offer a quiet, guided space to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and time in nature, you’ll be supported in slowing down, releasing tension, and coming back into balance—without pressure or overwhelm.

This is not a packed schedule—it’s a spacious, intentional experience where everything is optional and you’re invited to simply be.

What to Expect

Each immersion day includes:

  • Guided breathwork and meditation
  • Gentle, accessible somatic movement
  • Tuning fork sound healing
  • Time in nature (forest and open land)
  • Various forms of yoga
  • Reflective practices and journaling prompts
  • A light, nourishing lunch
  • Tea and herbal blends throughout the day
  • A small, intimate group setting

The Experience

Each day follows a natural, unforced rhythm:

You’ll arrive slowly, settle in and begin to unwind. From there, you’ll be guided through grounding practices, with space to rest, reflect, and move at your own pace. The afternoon opens into quiet time in nature or indoors before gently closing the day together.

Nothing is rushed. Everything is optional.

Who This Is For

This experience is for you if:

  • You feel mentally or emotionally overwhelmed
  • You’re craving quiet, calm, and clarity
  • You want a gentle reset without pressure
  • You’re new to mindfulness or returning to it
  • You’re ready to slow down and reconnect

No experience is required—just a willingness to pause.

The Setting

Set on a private, protected forest and lavender farm, the land itself supports your experience.

You’ll have access to:

  • Forested walking paths
  • Peaceful outdoor spaces
  • A cozy indoor studio

Nature is not the backdrop—it’s part of the experience.

The Outcome

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and realigned—not just rested.

A quieter mind. A softer body. A deeper connection to yourself.
