Join Jane, Melissa, and Hayley for a winter solstice ceremony.We will honor and celebrate:
❄️ The beginning of winter
🌚 The shortest day of the year
🌞 The promise of more sunlight ahead
The class will include:
- Centering
- Meditation on the symbolism of the Winter Solstice
- Warm up
- 108 Sun Salutations led in three sections, one by each instructor
- Hands on assists and support
- Cool down / unwinding
- Crystal bowls
- Savasana / relaxation
This will be a moderate to advanced offering with the opportunity to stoke your inner fire and delve deep within.
Bring a water bottle, a towel and your yoga mat. Dress comfortably for a practice that will work up a sweat.
Practicing 108 sun salutations catalyzes physical, emotional and mental transformation, allowing you to close out 2025 with courage, catharsis and clarity.
