Join us for the brand new Retune & Reset Sound Bath with Reiki at Fisical Mind & Body Wellness Studio, Sevenoaks, offering a space for stillness, recalibration, and reconnection in sound - supported by gentle reiki energy.In this restorative 90 minute session, you'll have time to arrive, find a spot and settle in before joining Laura & Tom in a short guided heart-led meditation with gentle breath work & intention setting, before being immersed in a rich blend of therapeutic frequencies that work like vibrational vitamins for your entire being.
Instruments including the drum, quartz crystal & alchemy crystal singing bowls, sun & moon gongs, monochord, the voice, Himalayan singing bowls, and therapeutic percussion are used with intention to shift your brainwave state, regulate your nervous system, and support the body’s innate ability to relax, repair, and realign.
All of this is infused & supported by reiki, further enhancing & amplifying the energy of the instruments, the space, and the sound.
You may also notice yourself connecting with ancient wisdom, life force energy, and your higher self as you attune to higher frequencies.
At the end of the journey, Laura & Tom will gently guide you back, before enjoying herbal teas & vegan chocolate brownies together to support your aftercare and grounding into the present.
To close, you'll be invited to experience the vibrations of the "Buddha Feet Standing Bowl", a Himalayan bowl large enough you can stand in. The vibrations travel from the bowl up through your feet, through your central spine, and into every part of your being - a truly unique sensation that gives your body one last sonic boost, and grounding soundbyte.
No two experiences are ever the same. Simply come as you are.
