Anastacia Metcalf Lundholm started 27 years ago as a Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) Wellness Educator, teaching and celebrating the body’s rhythms in growth and transformation. Her work has taken her to 17 countries in North America, Europe, South America, Australia and Asia. Events ranged from large healing events and classes to one-on-one sessions in chiropractic settings. She served in special projects including supporting US military veterans and Cambodian children rescued from the sex trade.

Twenty years ago Anastacia added the Satir Model to her theoretical framework. Since then, she has been a trainer in Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy online and in person, blending in her experience with the body and its energy. This led her to create SISM, Somatically Informed Use of the Satir Model, which she has been teaching in Asia for several years, and next year in Canada. Her trainings prepare therapists, psychiatrists, medical doctors and social workers to integrate body awareness and experiential exploration into their work. The active role of clients in their transformation makes sustainable change available more quickly and easily.
