It’s a place to come back into your body, your breath, and the presence of God without striving, fixing, or proving.
As humans , we carry things quietly.
Responsibility. Emotion. Discernment. Others’ needs.
And eventually, the body speaks.
Retreat to Reset is a morning set apart to listen
to the body God gave you,
to the breath He placed within you,
and to the peace that comes when you stop holding everything together.
This is faith felt, not forced.
Prayer embodied, not performed.
Rest that reaches the nervous system, not just the mind.
