We will give you the tools and experiences you need to build your confidence and kick start your practice. This class is taught in a hot room (95 degrees). Class size is limited to 20 students.Saturday February 14th at 10am
Part 1 is designed to help you understand the basics. We will take things slow and break down the first half of the class.
