How to Job Search at the End of the World: Retreat Day is an afternoon designed to help you tackle job search and career challenges while navigating an increasingly complex set of obstacles including layoffs, corporate greed, and a challenging job market.

If you’re feeling extra demoralized lately - you’re not alone.

Career pivots, transitions and job searching has always been a hard - but to protect your career and your priorities, you need a jplan that’s both responsive to your personal roadblocks and the additional hurdles of our collective during this time.

During this Retreat Day, participants will:

❄️ Audit your job search including your target roles, qualifications, resumes, LinkedIn profile, and overall strategy

❄️ Identify critical bottlenecks that are standing in the way of momentum and success

❄️ Spend active working time to address those roadblocks with direction and support from facilitator

❄️ Build a toolkit to help you support yourself for the duration of your job search

❄️ Leave with specific and clear next steps to keep your job search effective, strategic, and intentional
