Embark on a day of discovery to learn how the microbiome affects all aspects of your health. Learn what to do for a gut makeover to boost energy, gain vitality, improve your health and achieve mental clarity. Guest speaker and founder of Curious Kombucha, Emma Davies will also do a deep dive into the benefits of consuming ferments and will deliver a practical kombucha making session.

This workshop is complimented with a pilates session which helps improve gut health by stimulating and massaging the digestive tract in the stomach area.
