Retreat, Relate & Celebrate!
A somatic sanctuary.
A weekend of nervous system regulation through yoga, dance and embodied connection.
Step into the stillness of Skeppsudden, where water meets forest and time seems to move differently. The retreat center is situated on Bråviken, a beautiful body of water in Sweden, known for its nature and rich history.
Together with Big Heart Community & Nadine Edstrand, you are invited to a weekend of embodiment, presence, and playful authentic connection. A space to soften, to listen, and to rediscover yourself through body, breath, movement and silence.
With over a decade of experience as a yoga teacher and a rich background in psychosynthesis, embodied intimacy and teaching of authentic relating, Nadine brings a unique blend of structure and surrender to her work.
At Retreat and Relate, Nadine will guide sessions in embodiment, free-form and ecstatic dance, authentic relating, and embodied intimacy - all crafted to support deeper presence, self-awareness, and connection.

Prices per room starts at 4000 sek up to 5500 sek.
- included in the price is all the meals during the retreat (gluten and vegan options avalible) and all the workshops.
Cofacilitating this retreat is Robin Hallsten-Sound healer, and Oz Golabry-Shamanic Trance Dance.
To support this journey, we warmly encourage silence outside of workshops, an invitation to let stillness hold you between sessions as well.
Upon arrival, you'll be invited to hand in your phone at check-in. Think of it as a gift: a gentle pause from digital noise, and a chance to fully arrive, in yourself, and in the shared field of presence with the group.
