Retreat, Relate & Celebrate!A Somatic Sanctuary. A weekend of nervous system regulation through Yoga, Dance, and Embodied Connection.
Step into the stillness of Skeppsudden, where water meets forest and time seems to move differently. The retreat center is situated on Bråviken, a beautiful body of water in Sweden, known for its nature and rich history.
Together with Big Heart Community & Nadine Edstrand, you are invited to a weekend of embodiment, presence, and playful authentic connection. A space to soften, to listen, and to rediscover yourself through body, breath, movement and silence.
Through a blend of embodied practices: dance, yoga, nature immersion, and circle work, we invite you to come closer to yourself, to others and to the living world around you.

Upon arrival, you'll be invited to hand in your phone at check-in. Think of it as a gift: a gentle pause from digital noise, and a chance to fully arrive, in yourself, and in the shared field of presence with the group.
