We would like to announce the retirement of Calvin Diekmann, our Executive Director at Fieldcrest.
For those who may not know, Cal has been an integral part of the Vista Prairie communities for 22 years, spending over 12 of those years at Fieldcrest. He has expertly guided our community through various transitions, always advocating for the rights and well-being of our residents. Cal is well-known for his warm smile and his readiness to assist staff, families, and residents with any questions they may have. He has built numerous relationships at Fieldcrest, which we will deeply miss, and we know he will too.
While we will certainly feel his absence, we are thankful for the positive impact he has made during his 12-year tenure at Fieldcrest.
We wish him all the best in his retirement as he plans to relocate closer to his children and cherish quality time with his beloved family. He looks forward to spending time with his grandkids and exploring new interests. We will be hosting a retirement celebration on November 22nd at 1 PM.
