About this Event

This event brings together colleagues, researchers, and practitioners to explore how race, ethnicity, and equity shape business education and student experience. Through keynote talks, presentations, and guided discussion, we will examine the barriers faced by under-represented groups and share practical approaches for building more inclusive learning and working environments.

Attendees will gain fresh insights into inclusive pedagogy, the hidden curriculum, student well-being, and the realities of working lives. The event aims to encourage open conversation, deepen understanding, and support colleagues in developing meaningful, evidence-based actions that enhance equity across our programmes and practices.

This event will contribute towards CPD for CMBE and will take place at the University of Central Lancashire, Preston Campus – Brook Building, Room 013.
