As a Christian, do you sense there is supposed to be more? More to your walk with God? More to the Christian life? There is more. God wants to speak to us on a deep level through His living Word. The Bible is full of hidden mysteries and treasures that He is just waiting to reveal, not for the sake of head knowledge, but because He wants a rich relationship with you and wants you to experience abundant life. The key to unlocking these hidden treasures is learning to study the Bible the ancient way — using the original Hebrew and Greek languages and the Hebrew alphabet. Resetting Our Foundation 100: Foundational Principles to Studying the Bible Hebraically is a class designed to equip you to study the Bible and hear from God personally. It teaches you how to dig into Scripture like a treasure hunt. As He reveals hidden mysteries, your faith will grow, strongholds will be broken, and the fruit of the Spirit will begin to manifest in your life.
In this class, you will learn:
-What is church?
-Salvation means walking in a covenant relationship with God. To understand this relationship, we must understand the Bible and learn how to let God speak to us personally through the Scriptures.
-What is the difference between our Western Greek and Eastern Hebraic mindsets? How do these mindsets affect our interpretation of the Bible?
-What is secular humanism, and how has it impacted the modern church?
-How do our soul’s core beliefs impact how we read the Bible?
-Hebrew Hermeneutics and the Four Levels of Bible Study
-What are modern Bible study tools to help us delve deeper?
-How to dissect Bible verses down to the original Greek and Hebrew languages and Hebrew letters.
-Hidden mysteries in the Word to understand the character of God and the enemy so we can live in victory.
Cost: There is no set fee for this class. Instead, a love offering will be taken for Ancient Paths Discipleship Ministries. Prayerfully give as the Lord leads you.
Materials Needed: A phone, laptop, or tablet and a pen or pencil. A Hebrew Greek Study Bible in the NASB, NKJV, or KJV by AMG publishers is recommended. We will demonstrate how to use this Bible in class.
