Come join us at Yoga 1 for a special event focused on restoring and strengthening your pelvic floor. This offering is a safe space for women who have been struggling with pain and health issues that have left them reeling from a hamster wheel of doctor’s appointments, medical gaslighting, and who have been feeling isolated and alone. This is a place to build community to feel supported by women that know the struggle.

People will experience and learn how to reduce and relieve pelvic pain through accessible and holistic modalities-this is symptom relief.
