The class begins with nerve flossing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and release built-up stress, then transitions into a supported restorative yoga practice to promote deeper relaxation. Join Kenzie to explore soothing practices that target areas of tension in the shoulders, neck, hips, and back. This class is gentle, accessible, and safe for all bodies.
