Join Kenzie and Kiran for a deeply nourishing class combining the gentle stillness of restorative yoga with the subtle healing power of Reiki. Through postures that support the sacral and heart chakras, you will be invited to explore themes of transformation, letting go, and creative harvesting - before gently closing the practice by connecting to the heart. Reiki and aromatherapy will be integrated throughout to encourage physical relaxation and emotional clearing of the sacral and heart chakras, while long-held, supported poses help create space in the body for rest and release. This class offers a gentle and powerful space to unwind, reconnect, and restore – you will leave feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
