You'll learn how to address common postpartum problems with your pelvic floor: from leaking, heaviness/prolapse, healing diastasis, core recovery and returning to intimacy.

Come learn how to activate your core and pelvic floor correctly and promote postpartum core restoration and strength after birth. Correctly using these muscles can improve symptoms such as heaviness, incontinence, diastasis recti, pain with intercourse and more.

• Return to Intimacy - pointers and information to help you prepare for and enjoy returning to intimacy postpartum.
Open to all women who are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or are postpartum. Once you are postpartum, you are always postpartum. Whether you give birth vaginally or via cesarean, you'll learn something new to support your body in this stage of life.
