Restore - A Spring Wellness Retreat

Oh, Spring! We welcome you.

Our one-day wellness retreat is thoughtfully created to soften the heart, challenge the body, and open the mind. We are offering a variety of wellness sessions designed to help you fill your cup; ranging from sound baths, self care journaling, and healing crafts.

As we ease out of a reflective Winter season, we welcome nature's season of rebirth and hope. During this transition, it is important to take special care of the mind, body and soul; honoring the discoveries of the Winter to make space for what is to come in Spring.

Your ticket will include entrance to the retreat and robust wellness schedule, access to our select holistic vendors, light refreshments, and the opportunity to connect with the community.

Interested in becoming a vendor? We are accepting applications for a select few vendors to showcase holistic offerings and services during the retreat! These selected vendors will also be able to fully enjoy the retreat as a participant.

Restore is hosted by Alex Lauture from The Peaceful Bean and Sha Aguirre from Intuit Minds LLC. Alex is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher who is driven to support others on their mindfulness and wellness journeys. Sha is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Sound Therapist, and Reiki Master providing Life Coaching and Aura Photography to help others discover their true potential.
