Warren Wilson College was deeply impacted by Hurricane Helene, and the students, staff and faculty have shown resilience as we continue to rebuild our campus. One of the most impacted areas of the college was our beloved farm, the heart and soul of WWC. This concert at First Congregational Church of Hendersonville is a special Blues and Jazz concert, and the 2nd of 9 benefit concerts for the month of November to aid in the recovery of the WWC Farm.
The concert will feature vocalists Reggie Headen (WWC Faculty), Peggy Ratusz and Mary Kay Williams, accompanied by a 5-piece band with Anthony Maranca (flute), Emily Songster (trombone), Jonathan Pearlman (guitar), Bob Songster (bass) and Jason DeCristofaro (WWC Staff/Faculty on piano and drums).
