Come join us for a rejuvenating experience at Hidden Valley Park! Our Restorative Yoga session will help you release tension and restore your body and mind. Let the soothing sounds of our Sound Healing session wash over you, leaving you feeling renewed and refreshed. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and recharge in the beauty of nature. What to expect: An all-level/beginner friendly restorative yoga session led by Emily, the Salty Yogini, alongside the cute little lake of Hidden Valley. Allow the sound healing provided during the class by Noel to help you restore and repair your nervous system, setting you up for a restful evening to repair, release and restore.
When: Saturday, Novemeber 15th at 4-5 PM
Where: Hidden Valley Park in Hanford, CA - 2150 N 11th Ave, Hanford, CA 93230
What to bring: A yoga mat or towel, water, layers & bug spray. Option to bring your own yoga mats, eye pillows, extra blankets/pillows to get super cozy!
