Join us for an all-inclusive wellness day retreat designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. This transformative retreat offers a comprehensive wellness experience, including Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing, personalized Chiropractic Alignment, Acupuncture, and more. Detoxify and recharge as you reconnect with yourself and embrace the renewal of spring.

What to expect:
8:00-9:00am: Welcoming Ceremony / Breakfast + Hot Tea
9:00-10:00am: Rooted in Rituals : Building Healthy Habits for Mindful living
10:00-10:45am: Acupressure for mind and body relaxation with Dr. Fairchild
11:00am-12:00pm-Restorative yoga
12:00-1:30pm – Lunch / Group 1 Personalized Chiropractic Alignment
1:30-2:30pm – Reflective sound bath
2:30-3:00pm: Group 2 Personalized Chiropractic Alignment
3:00-4:00pm : Journaling / Closing Ceremony
What to wear/ bring:
Please wear comfortable, sleeveless clothing that allows for easy movement and access to skin from the knee down. Feel free to bring a change of clothes for the varying activities. The studio will provide all nessecary blocks, blankets, pillows for your comfort. If you already have a yoga mat, please bring it with you. The Studio will have extra mats for those in need of one.

As a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher since 2020 and a dedicated sound healing practitioner since 2021, Morgan creates restorative and inviting spaces for deep healing and self-discovery. Her classes are designed to flow with intention, blending mindful movement, breathwork, and the soothing resonance of sound to cultivate balance and inner peace. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, alignment, or transformation, Morgan's offerings are crafted to support your unique journey toward wellness and harmony.
