OMB yoga presents RESTORE: Mother in the Meadows - yoga, meditation & mindfulness day retreat! Join us on Tue May 28 2024 at 10:00 AM - 16:00 PM for a rejuvenating day of self-care and relaxation in the beautiful setting of La Prairie Étoilée Glamping (36) France. Immerse yourself in a day filled with yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices with other women to help you restore balance and peace in your mind, body, and soul.
Following on from Mother's Day; this in-person event is the perfect opportunity to celebrate mothering; whethere that be children, plants, animals or projects.
We'll be practicing in the meadows and a beautiful lotus bell tent.
