Restore HER is a gentle, in-person stretch and mobility experience created to help you slow down, release tension, and return to your body with intention. This class is designed to support flexibility, circulation, and nervous system regulation while creating space for God to restore and realign you—body, mind, and spirit.

This is not about pushing or performing. It is slow, accessible, and beginner-friendly. You are invited to move at your own pace, breathe deeply, and settle back into yourself.

• Gentle full-body stretching
• Slow mobility flow to support joint release and circulation
• Breathwork to calm and regulate the nervous system

Parking Instructions

• Park in the lower-level garage near The Forum
• You’ll see Macy’s, LensCrafters, the Forum Gym, an alterations shop, and the Atlanta Police Station
• Park near the Forum Gym and the alterations shop
• The mall entrance is located between those businesses
• Enter through that mall entrance, then take the elevator or escalator up to Fabletics
