Breathe, stretch, and find stillness among the sunflowers. This one-hour outdoor yoga class offers a peaceful setting to move mindfully and reconnect—surrounded by the warmth of summer and the beauty of nature. After class, enjoy a glass of wine and take in the views of the sunflower fields.
