Join Women Veteran Warriors for a day created exclusively for women veterans to pause, reconnect, recharge, and move forward with renewed purpose.
Restore & Rise is a full-day wellness experience focused on mental wellness, resilience, connection, and self-care. Women veterans will have the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend the day surrounded by other women who understand the unique experiences that come with military service.
The day will include an immersive sound bath and guided relaxation, inspirational and motivational speakers, mental wellness and resilience sessions, opportunities for peer connection and sisterhood, and wellness resources.
We are excited to welcome Dr. Deanna Hall, U.S. Marine Veteran and Founder of Brave Again, as a featured speaker. Her powerful session, You Don’t Have to Live in Survival Mode Anymore, will provide practical tools and encouragement to help women recognize patterns that may be keeping them in survival mode and begin moving toward greater purpose and well-being.
