Own the Sunshine: Southwest Florida Coach Tour
Spend one day seeing Southwest Florida the way you'd actually live it. Board a private charter coach and tour new-home communities from Naples north to Fort Myers, then spend the afternoon and evening in the places that make this coast home: the Fort Myers River District, Bonita Beach, Fifth Avenue South, and Naples Pier. Along the way, we'll stop to watch the sun set over the Gulf together, one of the best parts of living here.
This tour is built for Canadian and Midwest buyers considering a Southwest Florida second home, vacation property, or future snowbird base. Your Treviso Realty hosts are with you all day to talk through communities, lifestyle, financing, and how your Canadian home equity fits into the plan.
Where to stay
The coach picks up and drops off at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Myers Estero, 10370 Corkscrew Commons Dr, Estero, FL 33928. Book your stay here and you'll walk out the lobby door to board in the morning and be dropped right back at the end of the night.
Hotel + tour bundle
We're arranging bulk pricing that combines your hotel stay and tour ticket into one payment. Bundle pricing is TBA. Guests who choose the bundle option will receive a referral code to book.
Itinerary
- 8:00–8:30 AM — Coach pickup and check-in at SpringHill Suites Estero: coffee, water, your itinerary and name tag
- 9:00–10:00 AM — Caymus, Naples
- 10:45–11:45 AM — Vivid Shores, Bonita Springs (two builders)
- 12:15–1:15 PM — Verdana and Kingston, Estero
- 2:00–3:00 PM — River Hall, Fort Myers
- 3:20–4:50 PM — Fort Myers River District: explore, take photos, and sit down one-on-one with an advisor
- 5:30–6:30 PM — Group dinner and Gulf sunset, restaurant TBA
- 6:45–7:15 PM — Bonita Beach stop with refreshments
- 7:45 PM onward — Fifth Avenue South and Naples Pier
- 10:00–11:00 PM — Drop-off at SpringHill Suites Estero

A quick orientation, a guided community and model tour, and time for Q&A. Water and light refreshments are provided where community rules permit.
After you book
You'll receive a confirmation with your ticket QR code, meeting point, start and end times, and what to wear, plus a short buyer-profile form so we can tailor the day to what you're looking for.
Seating is limited to 25 guests per coach. Once this date sells out, we'll open a waitlist for the next tour.
