Join us for an afternoon of restoration and relaxation. This intimate event includes a one hour restorative yoga class and an optional 30 minute elemental healing session in our Japanese Mineral Soak, complimented with light hors d'oeuvres and a complimentary glass of organic wine or non-alcoholic bubbles.
Relax your body, and calm your mind as your guided through a series of healing postures to help release tension and manage stress. We will focus on breath work and body awareness to bring you fully into the present moment for optimal healing.
Some props are available. Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket, and pillow. If you are also soaking with us, please bring your own swim wear for the soak.
