Yoga4life and Blooming Energy are coming together to bring you ‘Restore and Relax’ a Yoga and Sound experience!
It was such a hit last time we knew we needed to do it again…
We will start the class with Restorative Yoga, a gentle form of yoga that aims to bring relaxation and calm to both the body and mind with an emphasizes on stillness and comfort. We will end the class with enjoying the relaxing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Going on an intentional sound journey through the layers of relaxation into bliss. An experience that allows you to just be and receive. You will leave feeling completely restored and relaxed, mentally and physically.
