Join Carlee Mills, 200hr RYT for a relaxing evening of rest, restoration and reflection to celebrate the Winter Equinox. ❄️We will gather in a cozy community to tap into our dreams, goals, ideas and reflections as 2024 comes to a close and we are entering 2025 with clarity & peace. This workshop is a time to reflect and restore your soul with meditation, journaling, restorative yoga and stillness.
Journal will be provided.
All props provided but you are welcome to bring your own if desired.
