This full-day retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself through the healing power of mindfulness and the natural world. Experience gentle mindful movement, practical mindset practices, forest bathing, breathwork, and sound healing—all designed to help you cultivate inner peace, restore balance, and deepen self-compassion. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and more like yourself.

In one transformative day immersed in nature, go from rushing through life on autopilot to having 5 practical tools that use both mindfulness and the power of nature to pause, regulate, and reconnect to yourself in under 5 minutes. You’ll leave with the green mind framework, proven nature-based practices you can use anywhere (yes, even in your own backyard), and your comprehensive Pause Guide. That very night? What happens during your day:

Opening circle and mindfulness storytelling - Using the power of stories to connect within and with the group to learn from each other and remember who we are

Mindful movement and meditation - Gentle practices to help you decompress and unwind. Personalized for every body and experience level, so whether you’re brand new or have practiced for years, you’ll feel held and restored.

Nature as your teacher - An interactive exploration of “green mind” - the science behind why nature calms our nervous system. Through short, relaxing practices, you’ll discover how to use nature as a tool to find yourself again, even in your everyday life.

Forest bathing meditation - A guided practice in nature (weather permitting) where you can simply BE. No doing, no fixing, no managing. Just you, the trees, and the space to breathe.

Sound bath for deep restoration - We close with an extended sound meditation that soothes your nervous system at the deepest level. You’ll leave feeling genuinely relaxed - the kind that stays with you when you walk back through your front door.
