Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the support of props, guided breathwork, and meditation techniques. Restorative yoga classes are very relaxing and slow-paced. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps are used so you are supported in your pose comfortably. In the last 30 minutes, you will enjoy an extended shavasana, to let go of all remaining tension in a guided sleep meditation, yoga nidra. Robert will play the Crystal bowls throughout the inward journey to bring healing vibrations to the space and your body on a deep cellular level.
