Join us for a soul-nourishing 90-minute journey that combines the gentle embrace of Restorative Yoga with the transformative power of vibrational Healing. You will be guided through some very supportive gentle restorative yoga postures while Andrea provides healing through sound and vibration with various instruments.Instruments will be used to vibrate the muscles and bones, bringing you to a peaceful state of harmony and balance where healing can occur.
This special 90-minute session is crafted to provide you with an opportunity to find rest, heal, and restore. The cost is $50.
