Take a cleansing yoga journey with breath, mind, and movement! Starting with a breath mediation, we will flow through movement that is both energizing for the lymphatic system and grounding for the soul, then finish the sequence with restorative poses to bring balance and calm to your day.
After class, enjoy sipping on cleanse and hydration drinks that will be provided while connecting with others.
We recommend you bring your own mat as we have a limited number of mats and props available to share.
