Join us for this Special 2 Hour Candlelight Restorative Yoga Class - Lori will lead the class with postures and meditations while Eric provides Reiki Energy Healing to help relax you more and more during your 2 hour ultimate relaxation time.
Please bring a pillow, mat and light covering and wear warm comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring a glass of wine and RELAXXXXX!
