This is your invitation to slow down and return to yourself. In this gentle, heart-opening class, we move through nourishing restorative poses, paired with poetry that speak to the spirit and a guided Yoga Nidra to carry you into deep rest. Let the words wash over you. Let your breath guide you. Let yourself be held.
No experience needed. Just bring a mat, a water bottle and the willingness to let go, Tuesday nights from 7:30-8:30PM at Wendy Fit Yoga and Pilates Studio. Book early as space is limited.
