This special event is meant to retore your body and promote rest. Students will use little movement. Misty will instruct a specific number of asanas to achieve stillness. Class will flow with sound to guide you through your experience. Recommended to wear layers, bring a blanket and eye pillow. Benefits: Increased relaxation, assist in sleep, better mood, improved well-being, and reduce pain. Restorative. Yoga is for anyone looking for a moment of relaxation and peace. All levels welcome. YECP Credits for Yoga teacher.
