This Valentine’s Day, step into a slower, more intentional way of reconnecting, with yourself and with the people you hold close.This 90-minute restorative yoga experience is designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and presence. The class will be facilitated by Annicia Fogal and accompanied by live acoustic music from Avianna Clempson, with sound thoughtfully woven throughout the experience to enhance relaxation and grounding.
This offering is intentionally romantic and community-oriented, welcoming solo attendees, friends, family, and anyone seeking a calming alternative to traditional Valentine’s plans.
Hosted at Mouv Studio, a movement and wellness studio centered on accessibility, care, and inclusive experiences. No prior yoga experience is required.
