Restorative Yoga is deeply relaxing yet profoundly powerful practice utilizing many props for support. The Yoga Teacher training will provide you with how to instruct and structure a class while offering a supportive and safe environment for all the clients. We will address options to add into a restorative practice such as meditation, pranayama, hands on assists, mantra/chants, themes, adjustments for injuries, as well as creating a safe space for trauma based clients. Discussions will include, the effects of Restorative Yoga practice on the nervous system, emotional and physical bodies as well as overall wellbeing.

Saturday | 9am-4pm (1 hour lunch break)
