This is a special donation-based class. The class price is $8, and bring a small box of non-perishable food for donation.

About Restorative Yoga: A deeply healing practice that combines restorative yoga, mindfulness meditation, and fully supportive props. This class may also offer Pranayamas (patterned breathing) as a grounding practice. Using an abundance of props to fully support the body, we hold passive poses for longer durations to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for deep rest and recovery. Aroma Restorative Yoga is held on different nights than Regular Restorative Yoga.

This class lasts 75 minutes and is paired with gentle music. You are welcome to bring more supportive blankets and a pillow if you like, but we do have bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, and some small pillows. You'll receive more detailed directions to our studio, which is at 5400 Ward Road, Aspen Business Park, Arvada, Colorado (Building V, Basement Suite G-90), after you book. (Best place to park, etc.) Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled and bring some water.
