Restorative Yoga- Stress Relief
Unwind and rejuvenate in our restorative yoga class, designed to melt away stress and promote deep relaxation. Discover the healing power of gentle stretches and mindful breathing, leaving you refreshed and centered.
All levels are welcome. No prior experience is needed. Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours. Wear something comfortable and bring a water.
Regular class rates apply; First class FREE. Single $15, 5-Pack $65, 10-Pack $110, or Monthly Unlimited Members welcome for $105 a month.
