Join us at Palmetto Healing Arts every Monday night at 6:00pm to 7:00pm in person for our Restorative yoga series for every "body". Our yoga practice will be done in the safe, relaxing, and candle lit atmosphere at Palmetto Healing Arts. Sound bowl bath is included in this unique spiritual style of yoga
No experience necessary, just take that first step! ALL LEVELS and body types welcome! Beginner Friendly!! Join us!
Yoga mats and props are limited but available or bring your own. All are welcome, but space is limited!!
Class Fee: $20.00 ( non refundable/non transferable)
