This special pop-up class blends restorative yoga, gentle stretching, and a fully immersive sound bath designed to calm your mind, soothe your nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded and renewed.You’ll move through slow, supported postures using blankets, bolsters, and props to encourage total relaxation. As you settle in, the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments will wash over you, helping release tension, quiet racing thoughts, and restore balance from the inside out.
