Join us for a deeply calming and rejuvenating Restorative Yoga session designed to help you unwind, relax, and restore your mind and body. Restorative Yoga focuses on gentle supported postures that allow you to release tension, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. No prior experience necessary; suitable for all levels.
Led by Eden Carter.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to settle in and secure a comfortable spot. If you have your own yoga mat, bolster, strap or yoga blanket feel free to bring along. If you don't, you can use ours. Please refrain from wearing perfumes.
Restorative Yoga is gentle and suitable for all levels - everyone is welcome!
