Team - join us for our first restorative Yoga class in the studio, hosted by Rock's CardioBox and Beverly Kelley.
Bev will lead us through a full 60 minute session of slow paced, long-hold movements that will send your body into a physical and emotional state of pure relaxation!
After class, take your time coming back to reality... stay and chit chat about your experience, enjoy some light refreshments before heading home to enjoy your weekend!
BRING A PILLOW AND A BLANKET!! BRING A YOGA BLOCK IF YOU HAVE ONE (IF NOT, WE HAVE A FEW IN THE STUDIO)!!!
