Join Veteran Restorative Teacher Beth Sanchez and Reiki Master, Crissy Horiuchi for a luxurious soak in deep healing and rejuvenation. This 2 hour+ Restorative Yoga Practice coupled with Reiki energy work will recharge your batteries as if you travelled to a retreat!

Beth Gurupriya Sanchez has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She specializes in Restorative Practice, Hands on Assists, and Ayurveda.
