Restorative Yoga is an opportunity to rest, unwind and reset. We practice at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, using props to support you and allow you to move into stillness and a place of calm. Whilst you lie still I use music, readings and meditations to relax your mind, resetting both your body and mind. Delicious! Places will be limited so contact me to reserve a space. Bring your own mat - other cushions and blankets, blocks and bolsters can be provided.
