Our first mini retreat for 2025 falls just before VALENTINES DAY which can be a dirty word for some... so why not give yourself the gift of loving kindness with this mini retreat?Some slow flowing movement brings us into our bodies along with a Shamanic body drumming before we go into gentle postures supported with bolsters and blankets. Guided meditation and breathwork along with soothing music and even poetry helps us to drop down and into our heart space and the element of FIRE that helps release, transform and transmute all that covers our true self and set our spirit free.
Doors open at 3pm and CLOSE at 3.15pm so please arrive on time to get settled.
We finish with some lovingly home made refreshments. ❤
The FIRST FIVE spaces will be at the early bird rate: $50 each. Then $55
