Come join us for a soothing restorative yoga session designed specifically for cancer warriors and survivors at Kihei Imua PT.
About this Event

This is a slow moving class designed to strenghten and lengthen while connecting our mind, body and breath. All postures and moves can be modified to meet your need that day. For partcipants of all abilities and all stages of treatment. We aim to create a community of hope, love, and understanding with others who understand the unique challenges of being a cancer survivor.

6-6:15pm is spent greeting, being in community, and getting ready for our practice. 6:20pm is when class begins. If you are running late just quietly join us where we are. If you have a ticket a mat will be set out for you.

I f you can not make class for any reason please "request a refund" to allow ticket to allow the space for someone else.

Taught by Maui Mel RYT instrucor who is a breast cancer survivor, practiced yoga for 20+ years before getting certified in 2021, and 10+ years as a LMT. Every pose can be modified to meet your needs that day.
